ND Global Network was created formally in 2008 with the desire to bring naturopathic physicians and other allied healthcare practitioners
        together worldwide with the hopes of creating strong networks to improve delivery of care and offer support for those wanting to get involved
        in global projects.

        The founder, humanitarian, and social activist, Dr. Nicole Redvers, B.Sc, ND , has participated in numerous medical volunteer projects over
        the last six years on many of the world's continents, and has educated students and doctors in North America about the opportunities abroad.
        She helped to co-write the chapter on international relief and traditional medicine in the upcoming Naturopathic Foundations textbook which
        is due to be published in 2011, and is in the final stages of writing a book on the psychosocial experience of volunteering abroad. She has created
        a network of complimentary health practitioners world wide and is most currently Clinic Director at Gaia Naturopathic Clinic in Yellowknife, NT
